- Specific Fund Refunds
Refund requests related to donations for specific funds will be processed only if the funds have not yet been utilized. “Utilized” in this context means that the donated funds have been allocated or used for their intended charitable purposes. Once the specific fund has been utilized, it becomes ineligible for a refund due to the nature of charitable disbursements, which are often immediate and purposeful. - Bank Charges
When processing a refund, it is necessary to deduct any bank charges incurred during the initial transaction. These charges are fees imposed by financial institutions for handling payments and refunds. Consequently, the amount refunded to you will be the original donation amount minus these bank charges. This deduction ensures that the foundation can continue to operate efficiently while honoring refund requests.
